Terms
The terms on which we sell, in plain language.
Placeholder terms describing how this store currently behaves. Not yet reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Ghana — do not trade on these as they stand.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when you place it.
If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you order — stock can move between the bag and checkout — we will tell you and refund in full.
Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis and include VAT where applicable. Import duties and taxes outside Ghana are the responsibility of the recipient.
Pricing errors
If a price is obviously wrong, we are not obliged to sell at it. We will contact you, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Returns
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.
Our returns terms are set out on the Shipping & Returns page.
Made-to-measure and bespoke pieces are excluded from returns, because they are cut to one person and cannot be resold. This is made clear again before any commission is confirmed.
Bespoke commissions
A commission is agreed in writing — garment, cloth, price and date — before any deposit is taken.
Where you supply your own cloth, we will advise if we think there is not enough of it, but we cannot be responsible for cloth that turns out to be short or flawed once cut.
If a finished piece does not match what was agreed, we alter or remake it at our cost.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else has it.
We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or to abuse the returns policy.
